The Joseph Banks Laboratories are the result of a £14million redevelopment project designed to provide science students in the Schools of Chemistry, Maths & Physics, Life Sciences and Pharmacy with state-of-the-art, professional-standard facilities in which to study at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

The University is creating a new city centre Science and Innovation Park in collaboration with Lincolnshire Co-operative as part of a major investment in new research and teaching facilities.

The new facilities will provide over 6000m2 of new teaching, learning and research space to include, new Seminar and Tutorial Rooms, new social Learning Spaces and the new Maltby Suite (a dedicated Pharmacy Teaching Suite).
